Today is the first day that I've seen the "Wii Points Card 300" on sale using that site and believe it or not, it worked :)

I've been converting my "star points" to "Wii points" but it's terribly frustrating. The shop runs out of points regularly and I'm limited to 100 per day. Their captcha is buggy and the difference between 0 and O is minimal too. I'm surprised at Nintendo for making it this unpleasant.
